The portal is available to all customers under maintenance. You will need portal access to get the production bits of NCM. Otherwise you will only have access to the 30 day trial which should not be used to upgrade a production server. If you are not under maintenance please contact Customer Service at 866.530.8100.

In the customer portal, under "Regester Your Software", you will find a link to Upgrade Instructions. Download and documents, extract to a local folder and run the Start_Here file. You will find detailed instructions for the upgrade. There is also a video explaining how to properly open and use the linked instruction set in the download.
