Cisco Config Viewer

Hi
On some Cisco devices (not all) I get the following error msg

"Cannot determine which Cisco MIB to use on this device!"

I've checked the Community Strings & TFTP settings on the devices and they are set OK. There are non firewalls/rulelists between the Server and the Network Device.

Any clues ?
