Alert Notifications for *only* services

I am drawing a blank on how to do the following. Hopefully someone can help.

I'm looking to get email notifications for ONLY the services under the Exchange mailbox monitor.

If I choose APM: Component and add ALL of the service components and choose "Trigger alert when ANY of the following apply", and then the last line is "Component Status is equal to Down" - I seem to get spammed with EVERY down component in our environment.

Can someone help me figure this (probably easy) problem out?

There's a few different ways to handle this. You could..

• Disable the other components within the template
• Delete the components you don't need from the application
• Remove the warning/critical thresholds from those components
• Write an alert specifically just for the items you care about (example below)
