Running tools as NT Service

Greetings Earthlets,

I am monitoring router bandwidth, and want to be able to run various tools (e.g. SNMP Real Time Graphs) as an NT service so that they start up automatically if the monitoring server is rebooted. Is this possible? I would need to have several instances running as I am generating several graphs from different routers.
