Error on VNQM Manage Infrastructure page

http://<servernamehere>/Orion/Voip/Admin/Infrastructure.aspx

Anyone running VNQM run into an issue on this page where you select your Infrastructure node and it returns an "error maximum request length Exceeded"

My initial guess I have been researching is that there is a setting that only allows a certain # of records to be returned/input on the page

I have looked in the database and web.config files but have had no luck so far.
