Monitor PostgreSQL

I am trying to configure a monitor for a Postgres database. I am having trouble finding instructions on how to add the ado connection

When I run the wizard it gives me a list of unavailable databases that can be configured, but the link is dead to the instructions.

bkyle I found out this morning it was my content filter blocking the page. It wasn't returning our standard block page. Just a blank page.

Yes, any documentation on configuring alerts for postgreSQL (esp postgreSQL 10+) monitoring would be appreciated.
