ipMonitor custom SNMP monitor - switch CPU %

How do I get ipMonitor to monitor (3Com) switch CPU utilization?

The standard CPU wizard appears to be for Windows PCs.

I have the OIDs for CPU @5sec, 1min and 5min intervals but can't get the Custom SNMP monitor to properly pick them up.
