Upgraded to Windows 7, won't let me re-use my license.

I've recently had my computer upgraded to Windows 7 (same physical computer, just a new OS). I tried to re-install Solarwinds, but it tells me that the license has already been used.

Is there a way I can go about using the same license as before?

Did you deactivated the license before you uninstall Solarwinds Product / upgrade to windows 7 ?

If no, then call customer service to get your license reset.
