"The file '/orion/TrafficAnalysis/SummaryView.aspx' does not exist" error at NTA

Hi All,

I am using Solarwinds Orion NPM 10, NCM 5.5.1 and NTA 3.5.0 . NPM and NCM are working fine and perfect. Whenever I try to install NTA, it should the error page have message:

The file '/orion/TrafficAnalysis/SummaryView.aspx' does not exist

I have tried my best to fix the error but failed. Can any body help me with TIP?.

I hear you. After you repair NTA installation, you'll need to repair all components: Database, WebSite and Services using Configuration Wizard.

this seems to be a problem with corrupted/incomplete NTA installation. Please perform repair of your NTA install from Windows Add/Remove programs applet.

Then SolarWinds Configuration Wizard should start automatically and complete Database repair operation.

Thanks for reply. I have tried several times. But problem still there. Can I repair database for this?. NPM and NCM are working fine.

I had the exact same problem 2 weeks ago.

It was a corrupt NPM upgrade. Reinstall/repair NPM fixed it first time.
