I setup VMAN 4.3 and changed the admin password for logging into the appliance. Since making the change I can not able to SSH to the appliance with what we changed the admin password to.
We need to login to the appliance to make the changes to Java security settings as outlined in http://knowledgebase.solarwinds.com/kb/questions/5809/Data+Collection+Fails+for+Certain+vCenter+Servers+After+Upgrading+to+Virtualization+Manager+6.1.1+and+Later
What is the default root password for the appliance?
You will have to open a support case as we do not publish the root password.
May I ask why you have installed version 4.3? Just curious as it is quite an old version.
He probably meant 6.3
I also had to contact support for the root password once and following SolarWinds policy cannot post it here. They should be able to provide it to you quickly once you open the support case though.
