Yep this was resolved by Technical Support Engr Paul. He rocks!I would just like to share root cause of this problem. Installation of a demo voip monitor (evaluation copy) that was not totally removed on the production server. He deleted several tables from the database that are incorporated to the previously installed ip monitor. After that, installation of IPSLA Manager was successful. THanks for the support!
