Unable to load reports from the web interface

Hi folks, strange issue.. all of a sudden I am unable to load reports from the web interface. I don’t receive an error, it just waits to load and I’ve waited about 30min.. obviously not normal behavior. Using the Orion report writer it works just fine and there are no delays. Is there anything to check for, a service to restart?

You may want to check for database fragmentation. I have seen where this causes issues with the reports loading.

Hi Chrystal, I actually solved this simple issue. One of the custom reports I loaded was fairly large and was trying to return 10000+ queries. I've removed it since and the reports are loading.
