The setting for an event. Facts surrounding the event. Knowing the context of an issue can really assist.
A while back I had a junior network admin ask me about a small business website being blocked by a web content filter. The error involved Category:Uncatagorized. I asked the usual Senior guy question, " Did you Google it?" Yes they said, I was a lot about meta-data and tags. There is a full page of results on tags. We may not be able to fix from our end because of website tags.
I asked where our network would block a website and asked them to include that context into the search. "Blue coat proxy block uncategorized" yields the correct entry at the top of the search. We are in the habit of making our searches brief but there is a lot of subtlety in searching. Try adding appropriate context the search for better results.
