Exclude month from patch schedule.

Hello,

I have been looking for a way to exclude a month from our patch schedule.

We have updates set to run on a monthly schedule on the 2nd Friday of every month. We would like to have this run every month but February. Is this possible to do without disabling the jobs every year?
