Alerts Web Page

Question

Hi,

My Alert page is not generating all alerts. It's only been showing one particular alert that I created under advance alert which is "alert me when the ISDN interfaces goes down".

Is there something I need to tick or enable for this to show on the web console? The reason is, we are going to advise all NPM users that the new version is now available for view in mobile phones and also start using alert acknowledge for trouble tickets.

Unless this changed in NPM 10.1, nothing special is needed to display triggered alerts on the alerts web page. Just to be sure, you're saying that the list of Active Alerts within Alert Manager is completely different than what you're seeing on the alerts web page?

Below screenshot is my active alerts and each alert has a Trigger Actions of "Send Email/Page" and "NetPerfMon Event Log"
