Problems with Alerts on router

I have my some of my routers setup with node and interface alerts, i have the alerts working with out any problem, the problem i seem to be having is getting all of the information on the trigger Action which sends an email. Below is the body of the message

Node Status is ${Node.Status}
Interface Status is ${Status}

Circuit Infomation
Customer Name: ${CustomerName}

Address: ${Node.Address}
Phone: ${Node.TelephoneNumber}
Carrier: ${Carrier}

any of the above comments that does not have "Node."  does not give any information, i have tried putting "Interface." and still do not get any information.

What am i missing?

Ok i think i may have found my problem.

I have only been testing this alert and when you test the alert you have to select the interface on the router to get the alert to show everything.
