I have a problem when I try to generate this chart and I don´t know whats the problem

In addition I try change this value.

But this no Work.

I've had similar issues. The first thing I would check is performance on your SQL server for this instance. Do you get the same issue if you reduce the Maximum number below 1000? That's probably a good goal, but testing with a smaller number would be a good indicator of the problem being with the SQL or something else.

Notice that I'm assuming that you are using a separate (preferably a dedicated) SQL server. Orion hits a SQL box so hard that it really should be a pretty beefy box with really fast drive access. My next "ask" for Solarwinds is going to be a new box using an array of SSDs.
