Fortigate unable to connect

We have some Fortigate with OS 5.2.5+, and we have NCM 7.5.1.

we cannot download the configuration of these firewalls and we cannot change to telnet.

There is a patch for this problem, but it is for 7.5

I cannot find info about this on the version 7.5.1...

there is another workaround? or the patch is the same?

IIRC the "WeOnlyDo" ssh module did not correctly support SSHv2, Fortigate turned off SSHv1 due to security issues.
