We are trying to evalute kiwisyslog and I am having difficulty installing the program. I keep getting the following error. The system screenshoot is also below.

The problem is that this key doesn't exist in the registry
HKLM\SOFTWARE\SolarWinds\Syslogd\WebAccess
I uninstalled everything manually and reinstalled it again and now I am in business. Thanks.
