We are running a Specified Time frame Historical Response Time report but cannot duplicate the results. In other words, we run the same report every five minutes and get different results every time. Any ideas?
Thanks to Shawn from SolarWinds Tech Support. We were using the 'Response Time' field instead of 'Average Response Time'. After the change, everything looks good.
