CLI Credentials error

Question

Hi; I m having this error when i tried to créate a CLI credential. Can anybody help me??

CLI Credentials::

Credentials validation failed due to an error:

SolarWinds.Orion.IpSla.Contracts.IIpSlaBusinessLayer.ValidateCliConnectionInfo failed, check fault information.

from a quick view, it looks like a connectivity issues or bad credentials. I recommend to try to connect to Cisco CLI via console from the VNQM machine. If that works, please open a ticket with our support.
