Low Disk Space

Hi,

I was trying to change the default download directory for the packages, I found that this folder is getting a bit large

C:\Documents and Settings\<User Profile>\Local Settings\Application Data\EminentWare

The problem is that I have a large HDD but the C: partition is small

I also found tha packages in the Program Files Folder :-) Would be nice to move these too!

Ibrahim,

You can relocate the user profile and AppData directory in Windows to point to an alternate location. There are forum posts on the internet that can assist you in doing this.
As for as the EminentWare\Server\Packages directory this content cannot be relocated. (I have entered a Feature Request for this).
To help free up more space you can ‘Clear Cache and View Layouts’ in the console under Administration and Reporting -> General Settings
To free up additional space you can also move the EminentWare SQL Database.

It cleared up some space but the problem is that ‘Clear Cache and View Layouts’ cleared all my saved layouts (cuz that's what it obviously does), i was hoping that it would tell me which layouts to remove. Anyway, it freed up some space but the problem won't go away, it just solved my problem temporarly.
