Inventory problem

Hi,

I am trying to use NCM to maintain inventory records. I go to a device, and go to the inventory tab, where I see the inventory has not been updated. I update the inventory, which completes with no error, but nothing happens in the inventory tab, and hitting the refresh button produces this error:

"Please make a selection from the Inventory Details list first."

NCM can log into these Cisco devices and run "show inventory" without issue.

What am I missing here?
