Trying to use a Trigger Action for EXECUTE AN EXTERNAL PROGRAM - what's the problem?

Question

I'm trying to execute a batch file from a remote Citrix server. The batch file in a sharename called BATCH but the Trigger Action does not work. Any ideas?????

The Trigger Action field for Execute An External Program contains this for 'Program To Execute':

\myremotesrv\batch\myfile.bat

Does the Test button trigger the action? If not, are all the permissions in place to allow the remote .bat?
