Error when trying to upgrade to version 9.0 - HELP!!

Question

I'm getting the following error pop-up and in the application event log when trying to upgrade to version 9.0:

Product: ipMonitor9 -- Error 1920.Service SolarWinds Discovery Service (SolarWinds Discovery Service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

Please help!!!  My alert system is down, caught in a half-complete install!!

How do I install or upgrade to ipMonitor v9 on Windows 2000 or Windows 2000 Server Edition?

For those wondering, hitting cancel on the install will not delete your data.  To fix the issue, I hit cancel, copied the revised .dll file support sent me into the ipmonitor program files directory, then re-ran the installer.  This solved my issue.  Thanks to support for all their help!

Yes, that's exactly it.  I've created a support ticket on the issue already.  Hopefully I can fix the issue and click on retry and have the installer complete, as my data has been migrated already.
