Alert base on Role?

Let say:

System Admin A is the owner of Server W and X.

System Admin B is the owner of Server Y and Z.

Both of administrators want to be alerted when their servers rebooted.

Is there a way to create a single alert where when Server W and X rebooted send an email to System Admin A, and when Server Y and Z rebooted send an email to System Admin B?

I have struggled with a similar issue.  I was hoping there was a better way to do it, but I came up with a solution for now.  I duplicate the alerts, limit them in the trigger to the server group or groups for one team, send emails for that alert to that team.  The problem that is not solved is when I provide a specific view for that team.  It is difficult to limit the view to only see the alerts for those groups.  I came up with a round about solution to that also, but it is time consuming and not great to manage.  I restrict the group's Alert Limitation Category in the Group Accounts.
