Licensing problem

Is the userid and password associated with a solarwinds account also associated with the email address? I'm having trouble licensing the tools set on another machine using the other person email address.

After about 4 mins or so.

"Problems Reading Reply from SolarWinds Key Server"

rmmagow - I suggest you register and enter the license manually:

Nav to here, login, then find your product and click register.

You can select "Manually enter a license key" on the licensing dialog to enter your key from the above website. If you have any problems, give customer service a call.
