LEM Reports

I'm currently trying LEM and on the Analyze tab it tells me "this Windows applications can be launched from the start menu", however I've been unable to find / download this application ?

Where can I find it ? I feel like I'm missing something very obvious

IT is in the DL package that was installed tothe desktop. If you deleted it just DLAgain, unzip and itWeill be there

it is actually a separate (free) download.

go to customer portal -> LEM -> choose download -> under AGENT DOWNLOADS ->

Crystal Reports Runtime Installer for Windows (required for Reports)

I'm using a trial license, in my customer portal I don't appear to have the reports installer available to me. I'm assuming this is because I've not purchased a full license. It seems strange not to allow me to download it as it's free and I can't really fully evaluate LEM without it.

Or am I missing it somewhere ?

Thanks Andy, it is indeed in the downloaded zip file, once expanded it's the file called "Install Next - LEM Desktop Software.exe" in the "\SolarWinds Log and Event Manager" folder.
