Interface availability across the last three months

I need to be able to create a report that can show the availability of a particular interface for the last three months, I have had a quick search and found the SQL that can do it for 1 month but cant figure out how to adjust it, could someone tell me how I can generate this report please?

Can you post the SQL for the 1-month window? It sounds like you simply need to expand the windows back to three months.
