As I am sure you have seen in our What Are We Working On For IP SLA Manager post, the next version will deliver great improvements in tracking and troubleshooting the quality of actual VoIP calls (via CDR - Call Detailed Record processing).
This is in addition to the synthetic traffic analysis, that IP SLA Manager is currently able to perform.
The actual content of this beta version is as follows:
- Support of Cisco Call Manager v7.x and v8.x
- Standalone installer (no dependency on NPM)
- Polling of voice gateways and CDR records
- Real-Time VoIP Troubleshooting including:
* Detail views for Calls, Phones, Gateways, Regions
* Ability to search/filter through call records
* Basic end-to-end topology visualization
Betas are early development builds that are not supported in production. All support assistance is provided directly by development on thwack using this forum . Also, upgrades to future betas are not supported.
