I wanted to put this out here in case someone has run into a similar issue. We have the Orion web console set to automatic login but we still occassionally run into users who can get logged in. Most of the users who are having issues are using Macs but I do have one who is using a Windows machine. We've managed to find a couple of work arounds like having the user connect via Chrome using incognito mode. Using Firefox seems to be a something that works as well. The odd thing is I'm granting access to Orion based upon AD groups so why one user can connect from any browser while another has to use one of our work arounds is a bit confusing when they are both getting access based on the same permissions.
