I forget what program Thwack uses to ensure conversations are polite and professional, but I find occasional terms or phrases I use are not always on the "happy list", and a comment may need to be rewritten to comply with the rules of good taste.
If there's a link to an Emily Post software that you use, which I could click on and see the guidelines of what words are strictly forbidden, which words require a moderator's review and allowance, that might guide me to be more efficient and become a more effective first-time communicator in all business correspondence.
In fact, I suspect more of us could use a refresher course that covers what's appropriate and what's easily misconstrued or misinterpreted, or downright offensive to others.
