Regionalize Alerts

Trying to separate my alerts by region, having an issue with the alert I put into place, doesn't seem to be working with these trigger conditions.  Any suggestions what I should add or maybe subtract? ( I want the alert to only focus on region NAM, LAM or anything like that in the region title)

It's fair to assume that Region is a custom property? If you follow through the logic of your condition, you're looking for a node that has a custom property of Region that equals all of the following at the same time:

NAM

LAM

LAM - SE

NAM SE

Obviously, we know this is never going to be true which is why the alert isn't triggered. Most likely, you meant to look for a node that with Region set to any one of those values. Therefore, you'll want to

1. Remove all four of the Region conditions
2. Add a condition group
3. Set the condition group to trigger when any of the following apply
4. Add all four of those Region conditions to the condition group

If done right, all four of the Region conditions should be indented below the condition group and of course, the alert should work. Hope this helps.
