TFTP with 2 NICs

I have moved the TFTP service from a test server with one NIC to my production server which has two NIC's.
All worked perfectly on the test server. When trying to use it on the production server, it will only work when one nic is disabled.
Anyone know how to get this product to work on a two NIC server and specify which nic/subnet it should be listerning on.
Note: the two nics are on different subnets. I have configured tftp to start as a service.
