The mail option is not working in kiwi syslog, when I try to send a test mail, it's showing below error.
Unable to send test message
Reason: mail error: Interrupted.
Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

There are cases where E-mails could not be sent when online scanning of anti-virus software was enabled.
Try disabling anti-virus software online scanning.
