OpengearIM7232-2-DAC-LR-EU, Unable to take Device backup

Hi All,

Is there different template for Open gear IM7232-2-DAC-LR-EU, have used default temples from the Thwack community.

SNMPV3, am able to reach the device with Authentication and Encryption credentials, but unable to configure the device for Backup, test failing.
