Avaya CDR Link Failure

Hello,

We recently upgraded to vnqm 4.2 and have been trying to take advantage of all the new stuff, including the Avaya/Aura capabilities.

I had the link up yesterday for most of the day and pushed data into the db for a while, but the link dropped at around Midnight last night and now it's showing "CDR connection is closed" on the status field in Aura. The test on the Avaya side gives a fail on test 215, which is a generic link test.

What troubleshooting can be done on the polling engine side relative to this?

I've unchecked/checked enable cdr collection for this node and saved the changes on the webform, but interested to know a little more about the actual process on the server side that is used to collect/manage this data feed.

Any info on that?

(This is an Aura 6.3 rig with an HA pair, btw...)

Bump on this.

I have noticed that the rtp log in the event viewer stopped logging at the approximate time frame of when the cdr link went down. I'm either not seeing or missing an rtp-specific service that could be reset, so not sure exactly how this process is managed. I'm assuming that this is what the cdr link as well as the rtcp process use to transit data, but not really sure about that either. There are informational events in the log containing data from one of my media gateways though, so it's definitely related.

Any thoughts?
