Since we had so much trouble figuring out why we couldn't load the Azure templates for an environment in the US government cloud we figured we should upload the adjusted version back out for the community.
Exactly the same as the OOTB templates, except for adding in the -Environment AzureUSGovernment argument where it was needed.
