Custom SNMP Alerts

I'm receiving an SNMP alert from a device, see below. I'm trying to alert on, what is in fields.153.0. I want to create an alert if it's set to sla_class_internet' and clear the alert if it's set to 'none'. Is the only way to do this, with custom SQL queries?
