I've been struggling with this issue for many months now. We have 4 identical Gateways routers, two onsite and two remote. The local routers are showing Active calls and all the PRI trunks. The remote gateways are only showing the PRI trunks and Zero active calls. I know it seems obvious that there is a network issue here, but I've gone over the routes/hops to these remote gateways with my network engineers and can not find anything that would be causing communication issues. What worse is that I've opened a support ticket with SolarWinds, and we've run the debug logs against the problematic gateways and discovered that the "show ISDN" command is failing. But when we putty from the assigned Poller to the Gateways with the same credentials the command works fine. I'm pretty sure it's not a firewall issue, because the network segment that our SolarWinds servers reside on have Card blanche to the whole network. I'm open to suggestion here because I'm on the verge of losing what little sanity I have left.
