Any chance to have Ruckus ZoneDirector in CatTools devices ?
Or, a special conf with "variation" ?
I made differents tests/setting for that device without suscces.

Have you tried using a generic device type? I so, I would recommend opening a support case with us.
Yes, i use generic device.
First steep : Device.ConnectivityTest.login.
With great difficulty to find good parameters, It's now OK.
Second steep : Device.CLI.Send commands
does not work
In fact, the problem seem to be the TFTP transfert. The normal command on ZoneDirector are (in enable mode) :
# debug
# save-config [IP-ADDRESS] [FILE-NAME]
the [IP-ADDRESS] is the adresse of the TFPT server, the CatTools host.
The debug file say :
...
tftp: timeout after 12 retries
The operation doesn't execute successfully. Please try again.
TFTP's CatTools server seems not respond
If you go to File\Enable capture mode, this will enable debugging. This will create a file in your \CatTools3\debug folder. You will be able to see communication between CatTools and your device.
Did you get CatTools to successfully backup the Ruckus Zonedirector?
