Orion 2015.1.2 - Unable to manage views even with administrator perms

Hello All -

A bit new with SW, so please forgive if I put this question in the wrong place, or it's been asked before....

I have an Orion (not Windows) account with Admin perms, and it's indicating I have perms to customize views, but in trying to create a new view, I seem not to have the "Manage Views" section of the "Settings" page.

Three screenshots attached - two required in order to show the full page of "Settings" and one to show how the account in question is set up.  I've been through the Admin Guide and I think I'm taking the prescribed steps...

Some additional flavour of permissions needed?

Any advice much appreciated!

Hmmmm.....happened to see another thread with a similar kind of issue (missing link to Manage Nodes) and one of the suggestions was to try creating a new account with the needed permissions.    Did that, and now, upon logging in with the new account, I have the "Customize Views" link, which appears to get me to the right place.
