Unable to Delay execution of "Get or Post a URL to a Web Server"

On the "Alert Escalation" tab I want to delay the action for 2 hours and set it not to fire if the alert has been acknowledged.

However when I apply the settings and hit okay nothing happens, in fact when I go back in they just appear to have never been set at all.

Anyone? A tad more information, basically I'm using the Prowl API to push notifications to an iPhone but I only want to be notified when an alert goes unacknowledged for 2 hours.
