IP SLA Create TCP operation

Question

I would like to request a feature related to the TCP Connect operation.

Right now to create a TCP operation, both the source node and the target node need to be devices discovered by NPM and in the SLA node list. This works for 50% of the TCP operations, however I want to be able to create an operation that just specifies an IP address (say an Internet Host, or a client Host) that I do not/cannot discover in NPM

Basically I want something similar to the HTTP operation but instead of a URL, I would enter an IP address and a TCP port.
