Error configuring DHCP servers in IPAM

I am just installing the IPAM product. When adding DHCP servers, I am receiving the following error on the credentials check.

Test Failed

A security package specific error occurred

The account I am using is a domain admin. I don't see anything in event logs on any of the servers that might indicate what the issue is.
