Hello, I have a couple of issues with VNQM.
1. After installing VNQM and setting up my Call Manager servers, I have since seen a pretty substantial increase in memory used on my Subscriber server. It has went from roughly 75% utilization to about 98% percent. I've monitored this for about a month thinking maybe it was just an anomaly, but it is still the same. Thinking maybe a reboot of my Call Mangers may clear this up, I did. No change, which brings me to my second issue.
2. I have had VNQM installed for about a month on my production Solarwinds. Throughout this time, I have not had any issues with licensing. After rebooting my CCM's, Solarwinds now reports, "VoIP licensed phones limit exceeded, 71 of 1571 VoIP phones will not be monitored"
I only have about half that many phones including IP communicator and analog ports reported as phones. It appears now Solarwinds is reporting based on both of my CCM servers separately, instead of as a cluster.
Has anyone experienced either of these issues and know how to resolve them? Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
