I want to create a report to track who is logging into my SW platform

Most of the articles I see in thwack are for older versions SW, or I'm not putting in the right search criteria. We use AD Groups to login to SW. We use SAM 6.3 , NPM 12.1, VIM 7.0 and SRM 6.4

Yes and no. I used the last 100 audit events report. Duplicated it in report writer on the sw server. Then modified it to show accountid and last login. Which kinda gives me the information I was seeking, but not completely. I'll still work on it in the report Writer.

You should be able to see audit events for user logins (Alerts & Activity -> Message Center) and the retention period is configurable.
