Virtualization Manager OnDemand Report Chargeback

Dear all,

Please help to enable work OnDemand chargeback report. In our chargeback report is creating empty excel file.

How fix Chargeback report in this situation.

Hi amarsanaa,

Chargeback reports are generated from the data collected by VMAN over time. Note that if you don't have the data for the time period you try to generate the report, the values are zeroes. Please check the chargeback report config screen, by default the data are generated for the last full quarter. If your VMAN is not running for more that one quarter then there will probably be no values:

When i choose the Target Data Last Full Day but report is still empty.

Hmm this is weird. If your VMAN has been running for more than a day and the report still generates zeroes it may be a bug. I recommend to contact the SolarWinds support...

When I generate a "latest" Chargeback report by vmName - it just gives the Appliance, although I can see its collected data on 32+ VMs in the last 5 hours.

How do I get all the VMs in this report?
