Switchport mapper - No export methods defined

I'm trying to export the switchport map output in any format - HTML, GIF, CSV, Excel, anything, but I'm finding that it is not possible and the option to do so is greyed out.

How do I install an export method?

Installing version 9.2 seemed to do the trick!

I can now export. Great!

try clicking on Map Ports first in the right hand corner....

Thanks for replying, Mark, but why would I try to export an empty dataset? :P
After a successful switch map I am unable to export to any format as the export list I have seen in previous Engineers -GIF, Jpeg, CSV, Excel, is empty. "No export methods defined"

Publish to web gives "Run-time error '340': Control array element '3' doesn't exist" as soon as I choose the option.

try doing a "Repair" from the add/remove- something with the install is missing.

By that do I understand you to mean from "add/Remove Programs" in the ControlPanel ?

1. did that work?
2. I see the same symptom after an upgrade to 8.5.1 and service packs.
Is there a global fix to this?

For me - these symptoms are in IP Address Mapper.
