Deleted VMs in Virtual Manager Integration

I understand the data retention settings inside of VMAN, where the data will go stale before it gets removed. How is this reflected inside of the Orion Integration? Is there a deleted or to-be-deleted table inside of Orion? Or does it just get removed once it gets fully deleted from VMAN?

The VMs should get deleted from Orion once they disappear from VMan.

I should have clarified my intentions. I'm trying to find a way to track the deletions. Management is wanting a new server vs deleted server report. New is easy. Trying to find a way to get the deleted.
